The third question shifts the conversation from problems to possibilities. By repeatedly asking “what else?”, you encourage prospects to explore outcomes they may never have considered. This expands belief and increases emotional investment.

Finally, Russell explains the most important moment of the close. The final question is simple: “Do you want me to help you?” At this point, silence becomes the most powerful tool. If the prospect says yes and can afford the investment, the close happens naturally. If money is the only barrier, a payment plan may resolve it.
